I have deactivated an employee as they do not work for the company anymore. However, they are showing up online as being able to book appointments with. Please help! This is somewhat of a nuisance for the customer experience.

@Katieosh From your online dashboard, go to the Appointments page. Click on Staff, and edit as needed. I’m not sure whey if you delete the Team record this doesn’t happen automatically, but you should be able to fix it this way.
