Client confirms appointment

When the client receives their confirmation text, they reply, with options YES… NO….  and it is marked as such on our appointment app.
As a stylist I could possibly plan a client to fill the time slot.

I'd like to understand your issue better and point you in the right direction.  Can you provide an example of what your issue is?
