Can service times vary by provider?

Is there a simple way to add varied service times by provider. For example: Stylist 1 takes 45 minutes to do a haircut, Stylist 2 takes 1 hour. The same variations happen for color applications, newer stylists are generally slower than experienced stylists. Defauling to a one size fits all is cumbersome and inefficient.

At this time Service Duration isn't per provider. I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request. 

 

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).

How to not show booking duration in the make appointment page. I know you can take it out on the weebly page but on the booking page it still shows.

Hi @jobet1978.  That’s easy enough to do with a couple of steps.  First, edit your web site in your online dashboard.  Go to the “Appointments” page, and select Services list.  Click on any service in that list.  You’ll see a toggle switch for “Service durations.”  Toggle that off, click done, and then publish your changes.  That should give you the desired result.

This might help you.  I copied and pasted but it can be found under "appointments"  then

*choose online booking

*choose advance widget

Create a Widget
Use an advanced widget when you want to display a different set of services or staff from those in your main booking flow. These widgets will not be affected by the visibility settings in the individual staff and service settings. A common use case is to create a booking flow for one specific staff member. Advanced widgets‘ settings are saved so you can come back and edit them.
 
Maybe you could use this feature to set up same services but with different times.  Hopefully this helps out a little 🙂
