We would like to offer our guests the option of purchasing Cancellation Protection for their reservation when they book online. It's my understanding this isn't currently available. Is Square working on this option?
@Soak This sounds sort of like travel insurance? or a service you would offer that if they cancel you would give a full refund? less the cancellation protection charge?
The cancellation protection square has now is for the seller to allow them to charge no shows/ last minute cancellation.
Have you thought about offering 2 price tiers? 1 non-refundable item and the 2nd would be like 90% refund or cancellation less a processing fee?
