Setting up a service that spans several days

I am trying to set up a particular service that is 16 hrs in duration but broken up into either 2, 3, or 4 days. How can I set up this service to show up on my booking calendar? Currently, no dates show as available when I try to do a "test booking". It just gives me the option of Waitlisting the customer. Please help, Im a new business owner and I am setting this up and have no idea what Im doing....lol.

Are you looking to have the customer pick how those 16 hour sections are broken down? Or is that something you will determine when they first make the appointment?
