Recently I’m noticing clients booking appointments but for some reason I’m not able to see those appointments via the square app like i usually do. I’m having to revert back to the automatic text that is sent to me when the client request the appt so i have to manually add it to my schedule. Also, my calendar is wide open with no appointments but for my clients it’s showing I have no availability for weeks out. What is going on and how do i fix this? I deleted and reinstalled the app. Logged out and logged back in. Please help.
We had a small problem last week pertaining to a similar situation. A client booked but one of the nail technicians did not see it on her books through the mobile app. The issue seems to have been corrected but if I was you I would contact Square to see if they are aware of the issue and perhaps have a eta on when it will be corrected.
