Appointment

I want the following dates available 29,30,31 on my end it shows available, on my client booking end it only shows the 29th available & the 30th-31 not being available please help

To ensure that your clients can see and book the dates you want available (29, 30, 31), please check the following:

  1. Availability Times:

    • Verify that your availability times for those dates are correctly set up in your Square Dashboard. Go to the "Appointments" section and check your calendar settings to make sure the dates and times are open for booking.
  2. Business Hours:

    • Ensure that your business hours for those dates cover the times you want available for appointments. You can check this under the "Business Information" section in your settings.
  3. Service Availability:

    • Confirm that the services you offer are available on those dates. Go to the "Items" or "Services" section and ensure there are no restrictions or blackout dates set for the services you offer.
  4. Staff Availability:

    • Make sure the staff members who provide the services are available on those dates. Check the staff schedules and ensure they are set to work on the 29th, 30th, and 31st.

By verifying these settings, you should be able to resolve the issue and make the dates available for your clients to book.
