I am having the same issue as some user who asked the same question. Appointment reminder texts not being received by clients. None of my clients including myself has receive the appointment confirmation text nor reminders. I tested it with multiple phone numbers and emails. All my settings are turn on under communication, not sure what is going on. If someone can help me trouble shoot this will greatly appreciated. Do I need to pay for the Text message subscription in order to send text, but then why my clients doesn't receive the email confirmation or reminders either? I paid for the Appointment Plus Subscription.
