How can I edit the appointments availability to be different from my store's operating hours?

So I want my cafe to be open to the public from 9-5, per say. But I only want people to be able to book a party from 9-11am. So I want that to be the only available option in the online booking system. How can I do this without affecting my store hours?

To adjust just your appointment availability hours, you should be able to do this through your staffing calendars. 

 

To do so, please feel free to follow these steps to customize the hours available:

  1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Appointments.

  2. Click Calendar.

  3. If applicable, select the Location dropdown and choose a location.

  4. Click the clock icon in the top right corner and select Recurring schedule.

  5. Select the employee you’d like to customize hours for.

  6. Select the days and update the hours.

  7. Click Done.
