It's Monday and I need a mantra to get me through it!
Mantras have been shown to cause major shifts in brain activity and induce an advanced state of psychological calm. Click through to see a few suggested mantras.
One of my personal favorites is a mantra that I learned from poet Cleo Wade. It's great for recentering yourself when things feel out of control: "I'm struggling, and this is not you. It is something moving through you."
Leave your mantra below in the comments!

One that I thought of awhile back and think of often is "Always Persevere"
Yes! I love this @STVDesigns!
The mantra that is connected to the coaching and healing work I do with women is:
Start Within to Finish Strong
I'm going to start using this one, @Coach_Colette! Thank you so much for sharing 🙂
It comes in a tee, too! 🙂
One mantra that I've always lived by is "I'll try anything twice" because the first time may have been a fluke. I still go by that, but now I'm trying to be more intentional in my design, branding and artwork, so I find myself often saying "Slow down". I'm used to being able to do things so quickly, but it doesn't work like that when you're improving or learning something new. I'm realizing how vital it is to take my time.
I echo this completely, @dtlkatrina! I have found my most important lessons have been learned from failure, so doing things twice is super important to me 🙂
