Happy holidays everyone.....If your business could give one gift to women everywhere this season, what would it be?

I can name a few but if I had to choose just one it would be Moments of Stillness.  Moments where she can hear her own voice again. In the busy world of life, we sometimes just need that moment to just reflect on the pause between who we've been and who we're becoming. That moment to just BE!

I love this and it is very much needed.  It is like we a need a time in the day that everything just pauses so you can take a deep breath and reflect.

The confidence to call a service company and not be taken advantage of, spoken down to or have to ask for explanations and fight for fair treatment.

After giving this some thought early this Christmas morning, I’d gift women everywhere all the selfs, the ultimate gift wrapped bundle of self+care, self+love, healthy selfishness, self+esteem, self+confidence, and respect.

As women, we also need self+compassion, self+discipline, strong boundaries, self+trust, and a clear sense of self+worth, separate from external roles, to truly thrive. To be authentic, resilient, and to persevere, we must honor our needs, set boundaries, and pursue our personal goals with courage and inner strength. The overstanding that prioritizing ourselves isn’t selfishness, it’s necessary fuel. Fuel for glowing, growing, and giving to ourselves and others without depletion, because a candle can only light another when it’s lit, and Sis we can’t pour from an empty cup.

When we are whole within ourselves, everything we touch rises. Remember, as within, so without.
