why is my balance under review ?

a little over 2 weeks ago i couldn’t see my balance (i knew there was money on it). now it finally appears and it’s been under review for almost two weeks. how do i unlock or speed up the review?

Hey @kystylezz1.  You need to get on the phone with customer support. Since it is the weekend, they will have limited staffing.  So Monday probably would be best during regular business hours.  As for your question about unlocking or speeding up, that depends on the reason for the review.  Usually, these things go as fast as they go, and can’t be rushed — especially if the review was requested by a third party like Mastercard or Visa or a customer’s bank.  Since we are just fellow sellers here, that’s about all we can tell you.  Good luck!
