why does my mobile app and desktop not seeming the same?

why doesnt my transactions from my phone and mobile app not appear on my desk top account when i sign in ?" are they not the same account?

Are you signing into the same account wih the same credentials?  Did you make a personal account and a business account and are signed into 2 different accounts?  The other thing is the Webversion on a computer is more like a Backoffice and has more details and a better ability for downloading csv files.  The app is more used for taking payments and for Store Sales Staff to access some details but not as much as the Backoffice settings.   

So this could be why they are different in your views.  Do you have screen shots of what your comparing for us to see and maybe give you a better explination?  If your just trying to take a payment from a Computer you would need to use the Vertual Terminal menu on the Left of your screen on a computer and not the Checkout tab at the bottom of the App.
