I sent two back to back instant deposits to my debit card and both went through based on square. I noticed they weren’t in my account because I accidentally sent them to a debit card that’s no longer active! Will it just bounce back to my square account?
I would reach out to both the bank you sent it too and square customer support directly as soon as possible.

Once the bank that issued the card realizes that the card is invalid, it should reject the transaction and send back the funds. However, every bank is different in how long it takes them to realize the mistake so I can't give you a definite timeframe.
I do agree with @JTPets though: the sooner you open the lines of communication about this in theory the quicker it'll be resolved.
