Hello @Prometheus welcome to the Square Seller Community. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your account. It looks like you're new to the Community...are you new to Square as well? There are several factors that may have flagged your account, some of which are:

  • a brand new account (especially one where you have not yet verified your email or details or added any bank account info)
  • Processing large amounts (especially for new accounts)
  • Selling products that are restricted (such as those containing CBD oils) or require additional verification
  • Having a large number of charge backs or flags from consumers that may indicated fraud

As a fellow business owner (and real person) and Square user, I cannot see your account to know if any of these may apply to you. To get a complete answer you should contact Square Customer Service. I've been a Square user for many years and it is unlikely that an account would be frozen without a justifiable reason. I wish you luck and I hope you'll be able to have this issue resolved.

And if you cannot find resolution and your business funds are being held without reason or remedy, unfortunately your best next avenue is to hire an attorney. The Seller Community is a great place to get help from other business owners, but we cannot look into your account for issues like this, and provide any resolution.
