transfer suspended

been using Square for several years up until now trouble free. all of a sudden i have not been able to transfer my money.

 

emailed square as phone lines are currently disabled ( conveniently ) , email reply was insufficent. 

 

email simply said verify an already verified account. so i change the bank account it verified super quickly but still my funds are held. absolute joke that you cant talk to anybody

 

anybody help me at all?

Did you ever get this sorted @vansololtd ? 

I am now suffering the same issue. My bank account is draining and our monies are held at square.

The reason was there was an error verifying our bank account. The agent I spoke to in Friday simply told me

"this happens sometimes, just add your account again" !? Not really a suitable answer when Square is holding thousands of $$ of my money.
