I received an email stating that I could connect my square terminal to my pos. So I followed the instructions and the terminal was connected however my square terminal is sitting on a blank screen and it says "ready to take a payment". I've tried restarting both the terminal and pos and have even tried putting a credit card in the terminal. There is no way to get past this screen. I've emailed and have now left a call back. I seriously need my terminal, it's been several days and I can't get an answer. Can anyone help me out?
