Funds frozen over a misunderstanding

Square has stopped my transfers and notified me it's because streaming services are against the terms of service. I do not provide any streaming service or any Internet-based services. I fix computers and I mount TV sets onto people's walls. I have e-mailed Square and received no response. What can I do?

These forums are public, so to protect your privacy, we need you to continue to work with Account Services directly. They should have sent you an email with specific information about your account status, and actions that need to be taken. Usually in that situation, we request for some information regarding your business to be submitted. Usually you can access that form here
