reports not available

My reports from a year ago are not available, only the last 11 months. 

How do I view reports from a year ago?

Hi there, @Zipity 👋 Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Seller Community.

Any transaction history on your account should be viewable from your Reports section of your Online Dashboard. Usually, if you're not seeing sales data from long ago, it is related to having more than one Square account.

Is it possible that you took those older transactions on a separate account?
