refund

 A customer made a duplicate online order/purchase by mistake using her paypal. We refunded her in the Square system but she has as not received her credit in paypal. It has been over 10 days. Has this happened to anyone else?

@PortsmouthSoaps if you refunded her in square then you should be fine! You’ve done your job. Now it is up to PayPal to communicate with square and give the customer her money back. Someone’s with companies such as PayPal or Klarna or after pay the refund can be delayed because it is a third party purchasing app.
