"Kutsie by Krystal" as Appointments confirmation contact?

When a customer makes a booking with Appointments, I get a text message notification.

It normally comes across as just the number (Square's outbound messaging number, I assume) but today it comes up with Caller ID (or some similar service) as being from "Kutsie by Krystal". I have no idea who or what that is, though I assume it's the business name of another Square user.

This is not detrimental, but it is rather confusing. Some wires get crossed somewhere?

The exact same thing is happening to me! Kutsie by Krystal. 
I have been so confused.

Hmm... this is interesting. Just to confirm, this is showing in the confirmation text you're receiving as the owner and not the customer's appointment confirmation - correct?
