After 8 days the app has been updated and the issue is finally resolved. Terrible bug that made our private information available to all staff. Not happy.
Geez Louise! I thought I was crazy. I am currently pulling my hair out for the EXACT same problem. Balance is turned off and still restricted team member passcodes are allowed to see balance, transfer in and out of bank account, nose around in card activity etc. This is a MAJOR issue that needs to be resolved ASAP. I will be contacting customer support. I’ll respond with updates if any.
Same EXACT problem. Any resolution?
I have had to follow up every day and have not yet had a resolution or adequate response.
