payroll executed but employees did NOT receive ACHs

Payroll history shows Paid by check on Friday, May 14, 2021

Employees did NOT receive ACHs 

now they are unhappy and I don't know where is the breakdown.

Need phone support on this ASAP please.

I don't use Square Payroll, but if the payroll history is showing that they were paid by check....were they paid by check and not ACH?  Since this post is from a week ago, I'm hoping the paychecks have shown up.
