Hi @artex,

Thanks for writing in, I noticed it's your first post, welcome to our community 👋 

If you've got trouble competing the verify account step, check that your uploaded documents are:

• PDF, JPEG, JPG, TIFF or PNG file format
• Under 25mb in file size (each).

I'd also suggest using a supported web browser, such as Google Chrome, on a computer when uploading your files.
