Your new page really sucks

I have a challenge for your next staff meeting, open up the website and see how easy it is to do a transaction, a simple enter the credit card transaction!  You will see you took away the not so easy hamburger menu that allowed you to, after 3 clicks, enter a transaction manually.  Now there is no place to easily enter a transaction.  Dude, this is your CORE business, taking credit cards and making a transaction.  The customer finally gave up and left because no where could I easily find where to do a simple transaction.  I don't care about all of the management abilities of the program if it's too difficult to do a simple transaction.

Hi @forbesmercy.  I get that you are probably just venting here in this Seller-to-Seller forum.  But, maybe you are asking for assistance or guidance in finding something?  If so, let us know what platform/POS you are using, give us a screen shot or two, and it’s quite possible that one of us can help you.  Also, let us know why you are manually entering card information (at the much higher fee%) and maybe we can help you avoid that, too.
