I'm getting the same message. Same circumstances. It's the weekend, no one can provide support?! How lame and low budget. It's been almost a year since the previous message with the same problem. Was the same guy working on that problem that let the system go down for almost 24 hours?! Or was it the guy who didn't send any info out to your customers for hours?
Don't worry I don't expect the generic response. I'm sure someone will respond within a few days or weeks to our issue, actually I'm not gonna hold my breath.
