Why isnt square online working??!!!

I neeeeed help! ive had 12 customers tell me my website isnt working in 10 minutes! it wont load and when i go into square dashboard then Online is keeps saying - 404 error-page not found or url not found! i NEED this working asap and theres no active square suppport!!!!!!
