Why is this the absolute worst app ever!!!!

BBB is about to get involved. I’m my life if you thieving people don’t give me my money I promise you will be sued. And it appears you all are also hiding all of the negative comments as well which is also a form of false advertising and information due to the neglect of the community reviews. If I could rate this app a -5 I would. And it came even request help because the help page on the app don’t even work.

Ok, so a few questions for you;

• You have posted this in the "reporting" forum, so is there a report that you are having an issue with?
• Can you expand on Square "not giving you your money"?
• Which app are you using that the help button doesn't work in?   Appointments?  Restaurant?

I'm just a fellow seller, so I'm not sure I can help you with all this, but providing more insight/detail might get someone that can.

Why tf should I post on a forum?? I emailed square, and called!! They don’t SPEAK ENGLISH! They don’t understand wtf I’m asking!! And it’s pretty simple they have my money from a client and will not allow me to transfer. And there’s only 1 help button in the app stop acting dumb. It’s really don’t matter cause BBB has already started their investigation on Square. I’m not the one mf. Either give me my shi or on my life I will do everything to make sure you guys get sue by not just me but in a class action. Think I’m playing then keep playing and you will see.

Well, you did post in the forum and I am offering to help if I can somehow.  All I can figure out now is the comment about "money from a client", so is this a chargeback situation?  I'm also wondering if you deal in CBD type of items, as I believe that is further regulated within Square.  Are you a CBD type of seller?

FWIW, I also speak English, and a bit of Spanish.  Again, I'm just trying to help you if I can.
