Why is it impossible to contact square

Square suspended the transferring of my funds, and when I provided all the necessary information required to identify my business, they are saying the information I provided is incorrect which is impossible. The call option is unavailable at all hours, the live chat is unavailable, they haven’t responded to any emails, this is unbearable as they’re holding my money hostage with no solution. Anyone know what to do?
