Why don't refund receipts print out?

I can't figure out how to get a "refund" ticket to print (Square register). Customers want documentation when a refund is given!!!

Hey @MFNC206,

To print a receipt for a refunded transaction on your Square Register, tap on the arrows in the sidebar to get to the list of your transactions. Tap on the sale you've refunded and select New Receipt to print, text, or email the refund receipt to your customer 👍
