Have you reached out to customer support?  Being an open only one forum, we are not able to drive into specific account issues.  But if you reach out to customer support (click link my signature), they should be able to see what is going on with your missing charge.

And to add to minion's reply, when was the charge taken? Do you see it on your backend?
