Why can't my verification be identified for an account transfer from my mom?

hello, I just turned 18 and I am trying to transfer over my business square account from under my moms name to my name since I'm legally old enough now. when we go through with the transfer and I click to verify my information. they say that they can't verify me, even though all my information is correct and I've retried 6 times this week. I have my EIN number on that account so taxes is paid through me I would hope. this is super stressful, I really don't want to mess up my moms taxes. I talked to square support and they didn't have a clue in the world about what they were doing or about this situation.
