Why isn't my sale being reflected in my balance? It concerns me.

I understand how concerning it can be when a sale doesn’t immediately appear in your balance.
There are a few possible reasons for this. As @Candlestore mentioned above, first, check your Transfer Settings in your Square Dashboard to see if your deposits are set to a scheduled transfer time.
Also, review your Transaction History to confirm the payment was completed and not still pending.
If you still don’t see the payment in your balance after checking these settings, let us know more details, such as the payment method used and when the transaction was made.
Do you see the transaction in the Transactions Tab?
If the sale was fir cash you would not see it in your Balance. If it was by CC it might just be a delay to updating your Balance. Check the Transaction Tap on the device that took the Payment, this updates right away, but another device may take a few minutes to download the sale after the original point of sale device uploads the information.
