Square completely destroyed my organizations website by changing it from a business plan to FREE without cause. Sqaure "advanced team" admits they screwed up, but REFUSE to correct the data, content and 1200 membership loss. They also refuse to escalate the case to corporate to resolve. Who knows the names of their corporate entities, specifically their legal department. Expiration for website renewal was in August, payment was made and proven in June. Has anyone else experienced such a thing and the horrible support staff? Square/Weeblys. Shane S. claimed he was the highest person in the food chain, but he is only in the "advanced team". He didn't know who signs his checks. Let that sink in and simmer.
