Where is my money?

I transferred money from my account to my Mano card, it took 5 days and now it doesn’t say anything, or even show that I transferred money. It shows I received it, but my account balance is now 0. It don’t even show up in my transfers or anything at all, I checked my back and there are no pending payments

Hi @JnMmobile . 

It appears the transfer went to your linked debit card. If the funds are still not appearing on your card, I would recommend reaching out to your bank to see if they can see the transfer. If the funds got sent to a card and they were rejected, they will be returned back to your Square balance within 7 business days.
