When square sends payment to my bank account it doesnt show the customer name

Why doesnt customer name show in bank details? It just says payment from square? But how do i know who has paid and what amounts?

Thanks for reaching out!

Square sends deposits for payments in a bulk lot on a next business day basis, so it won't contain any info about which individual transactions made up those deposits.

You can view your Transfer Reports via Square Dashboard that will show a breakdown of which Square transactions made up which deposit from Square. If you've linked customer contacts to transactions you'll also be able to view which customer was associated to which transaction by clicking on the transaction from the Transactions tab in Dashboard.
