What is needed for CBD application

I'm in desperate need of what is needed so the COAs are not rejected. I have submitted it several times and I just get the same response. No direction, no specifics on what is wrong or what is needed. 

"One or more of the Certificates of Analysis (COA) that you submitted is illegible or invalid. Please resubmit a clear copy of your COA."

I need a specific answer and I can't speak to anyone. I attempted to have this escalated and thought I would get more information, but I got the same response.

Does anyone have an answer, or should I give up and find another payment provider.

The answer to this question will vary greatly. Are you trying to certify a product that contains CBD? Are you in an area that requires licensing to even process CBD? If so what country, or government body are you communicating with? What industry is the product for?

I’m in the US and I do not produce, I’m a reseller of products that contain the legal amount of THC. If any of those were an issue it is not communicated. I’m at a loss on how to proceed. I feel like a live person is not reviewing it and I’m stuck in a loop.
