How can you change the address that appears on a customer's credit statement? A different address from my business address appears on the statement.

Hello @homeroom

and welcome to our Seller Community, you've found the best place to share with other Sellers!

Is that the physical address that appears on your customer's credit card statement?

What address are they seeing?

Let me know so I can better assist, thank you.

Thanks Frances. Customers actually see an address that is different from the physical address on their credit card statement. My home address is actually appearing on their statements. But receipts and invoices reflect the physical address of the business appropriately.

It's very strange because the business is not registered to my home address so I'm not sure why it would appear there.

@homeroom

I took a quick look and everything on the back-end looks good, I see one location only, so no reason for other information to be present.

If your receipts are showing the correct address for your business, I'm not sure where your home address is coming from.

I would recommend reaching out to our Support team here, as they can log in to your account alongside you and check account-specific information I don't have access to when contacted here in the Community.

This is concerning as your customers can see your home address, so I would recommend reaching out via phone.

In some instances, people will see Block's address in California for Square-processed transactions, but definitely not a seller's personal information.

I'm so sorry that this is happening and hope our Phone team can get it resolved quickly!
