WHY won’t square RELEASE MY FUNDS?

For the second time, Square has held my deposit and refuses to process the transaction, despite my providing every detail possible about this charge, the owner, the card, every answer. 

I can’t continue to run my business this way. Has anyone else had this problem and who did you switch to?!

Sorry to hear you're having issues getting your funds into your account. Have you received any emails regarding your account?

Also, reviews are done temporarily to ensure the security on your account. They are completed in 24-48 hours. Could you check your account to see if the hold is still there? If it is, I would recommend reaching out to CS directly.

I have done the exact thing and provided all the information.  All requests for information has been marked completed and I have called CS at least 5 times and always hear the same canned response that they are "escalating this to customer service".  It has been 5 weeks since any of my money has been released and it still hasn't.  Time for a lawyer I guess.
