Verify identity - nothing works!

Hi, I've tried to verify my identity numerous times over few weeks now and losing my mind as it just cannot be done. I have both an Australian passport and medicare, have never changed my name and have lived at the same address for over 5 years.

I contacted support but they can't do anything, any on e knows what to do? I desperately need this to work for my charity stall this coming Saturday 14th Dec.
