Hi 1Alnour12,

 

Please understand that the Community is not Customer Support or Tech Support as no one here can look at your Account info (which is a good thing for all of us).

 

As for your issue, from personal experience, when a deposit or transfer is made - it depends on when the transaction took place - in many situations, it can be the next day but, if it's a weekend and/or holiday or a system issue, the time may be delayed and extra day or two. 

 

You can setup your account for instant transfers which requires a fee as this is an optional feature.

 

If you think this is a system issue, check out this site first - it's a good resource for finding out if the system is having issues.  Other than that, you should consider contacting Customer Support via your Account Dashboard as they can look at your Account Details.
