Trying to verify my account

I have been trying to verify my account for several months since last October, 2023 with no luck. I follow the links and only get error messages. They tell me to open my account and check the message centre but it states no messages. I have talked with several Square reps with absolutely NO LUCK. 

Now I get a message that my account has been suspended due to not REVERIFYING MY ACCOUNT.  It will not let me do that. What do you suggest I do???

Sorry to hear you've been having so many issues.

 

I know you mentioned calling in to support a few times...have you asked them to escalate? Can they identify exactly what the hang up is? Could they walk you through the process just to get you started?

 

I would absolutely reach out to support again and ask to escalate.

Thank you for your suggestions. Yes I did all that several times as well. Escalation did nothing. Yesterday I did talk with a support rep who, after about 35 minutes said that all was good with my account. There were no holds and it was verified. Has been for a couple of months now. He did not understand why I was getting the reverify emails or why the other reps, both on the phone and by email;, did not know that it was A-OK. What a farce!!! but we are good to go. I'll ignore all future emails from them.
