Transfer not available

I am extremely frustrated with square at the moment. I created my account over a month ago and had a market a month ago. Since this market my money has been trapped on square and customer service has been absolutely no help. Every time I try to transfer it says transfer unavailable. My account was cleared so that shouldn’t have been a problem. when I contacted square i was told that my account was put under review potentially for suspicious activity… i have never taken money out what is suspicious 😭 Anyways they cleared it again and immediately the same issue happened. this has been going on repeatedly for a month. Customer service said they would contact me via email by the end of day 3 days ago and they have not, i checked spam folders and everything. 

 

Does anyone know what on earth I’m supposed to do to get my money out of there?

The best I can do is tell you to contact customer service again, unfortunately we cannot help here with account specific issues. I would call every day and ask for an escalation to a supervisor until you get your answer.
