Transfer finally went through, but balance is still zero

I'm trying to use square for the first time- the business I work with has been using it and I had to sign up. After waiting 6 days for the invoice to actually get out of "processing" I got a notification that it had gone through. But the balance still says zero, and I'm not seeing any way to transfer it to my bank. I've already waited a long time for this to be accessible, and I have bills I need to pay with this transfer. Can anyone let me know what's going on here?

Hey @BenjaminM.  Quick question.  Is this invoice by any chance tied to Square Subscriptions?  I ask because there is an ongoing disruption involving Square Subscriptions and Invoicing that is causing major delays.  Here’s a link to that.  If not, then a couple of other questions:

 

  1. Look at the payment transaction receipt.  How did the customer choose to pay?
  2. How did you create this invoice — through the invoices app or through the Square online dashboard?
