They’re withholding my funds

They are withholding my for $2000 I have already did a transaction from a customer for $200 that was approved next day I had another customer purchase a vehicle and sent reminding balance via square and they basically took my money saying I need to verify my business although I have already done previous transactions I have submitted all information they require but I see a lot of people saying they’re experiencing the same thing with this company have anyone been through this process and received there funds?
