Theives

Square seized my money on May 4, 2021. It's now May 13, 2021. I have yet to receive any correspondence from Square but I have received their monthly bills which is taken out of my account but my money from my merchant services they have yet to release and they will do this to you without warning or explanation and you will not be able to contact them because apparently they're ghosts or you'll receive an automated bull**bleep** message. Still no money. I will continue thread all day everyday until my money is released.  At 5:30 this morning I did receive correspondence from a gentleman who is the thread police possibly and that is the only correspondence that I've received here it is...

Very sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your account. These forums are public, so to protect your privacy, we need you to continue to work with them directly. They should have sent you an email with specific information about your account status, and actions that need to be taken. They'll reach out to you at the email address associated with your account just as soon as they have any updates. Apologies again for the frustration, and thanks for your understanding.

 

That's what I got I did respond to it stating that I still have not received any communications and he is the only communication that I have had thus far. I just want my **bleep** money!!!    Please read and follow this thread to see how long this adventure will take for Square to remedy. THIS WILL HAPPEN TO YOU I PROMISE!  BUYER BEWARE OF SQUARE!

HI, you can try to contact Customer Support with this link.  Monday to Friday.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

 

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
