Terrible customer support

Anyone else dealing with terrible customer support? It’s 8:30 am and every number is saying it’s outside of buisness hours (hours are 6am-5pm) the chat doesn’t work. The email is a estimates 3 day response time. My customers are all getting an error can’t complete request code. I can’t take any payment and square is basically of 0 help, even tried the sales number, it kicks you right back to the support number, anyone have any idea how to actually contact the so called 24hr support team??
