Tap To Pay Not Showing as Option on Approved Device

Issue: Tap to Pay is not showing as an option on an approved compatible device.

 

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3

Android Version: 13

Square Version: 6.24

NFC: On

Approved Compatible on List: Yes

Developer Options: Off

 

Troubleshooting: 

1. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Square app.

2. Have turned off/on NFC.

3. Have turned on/off Developer Options.

4. Have made sure device is up to date on System Updates.

5. Have made sure device is up to date on Square app updates.

6. Have rebooted several times.

7. Option of Tap To Pay is NOT showing under Hardware or Payment Types.

 

Anything else I need to try? We purchased this device specifically because it was on the approved list.
