Still waiting for the payment to show up in my balance

I took a cc payment on May 10th and it still hasn't showed up in my balance. I called the customer today May 22nd and he said his cc was charged. He also sent me a screenshot of it. Where is the money?

I've also emailed support 3 times with no reply.
