Squre not sending funds to my bank account.

I just noticed that Square isn't sending funds to my bank account. I don't use Square very much but with the current COVID lockdown in WA, I've had to use it a lot in the last few days resulting in several thousand dollars in sales.

When I logged into my Square account (which I do not access very much), there was a notice requesting information regarding my Trust account (which I have now sent). I have not received any notification regarding this either via email, phone call or on the square software. My Square account was set up in November 2019.

Square isn't allowing phone call support so I have had to send an email, which may take up to 48 hours for them to respond. This is very poor in my opinion.

Has anyone else had this type of issue and if so, how long did it take to resolve?

Does anyone know another way of contacting Square?

I have since found a number and have spoken to support who are looking into it now. 

Square don't make it easy to contact them
